MEET THE TEAM

RAY HEALEY
Remedial Massage Therapist & Flow Instructor
I’m a very blessed mum of two young, free spirited boys, an ITEC massage and Scenar therapist, as well as a Flexibility Flow™ coach and pole dancing instructor…which keeps my inner child very happy indeed!
Moving through life wearing many hats lights me up as they all bring me purpose & provide deep satisfaction. I've discovered that the more flexible I am in my mind & body, the more I feel supported by my body as I bend, fold & flex to the demands of life and my families ever changing needs.
I've been aiding bodies with holistic & remedial therapy for over 20 years with the recent addition of Scenar Therapy. I am very excited about helping Thrive clients become more mobile and free by providing pain relief and dis-ease reduction in the body through the powerful healing triangle - Scenar - Client - Therapist.
I'm obsessed with mindful movement, somatics and finding joy through physical exploration, flows and dancing! I treat movement like a ceremony & love to share soulful approaches that nourish the body & aliven our senses. Wherever possible I'll bring focus to our connection to breath, sound, movement & touch as I believe these 4 pillars hold so much power in allowing us to step out of our busy, chaotic minds and back to connection with our true nature & our wisdom filled bodies!
I look forward to seeing you on a yoga mat in the studio or on the therapy room massage couch very soon!

ELI GODIN
Yoga/Mindfulness Teacher and Holistic Healing Therapist
I am a holistic healing therapist and help my clients find their true purpose in life. Most of our stress comes from the fact that we don't know who we are, what are our skills and talents and what we want to do with our life or how to go about it. Most people conform, thinking it is the easiest path. I give my clients the tools and framework the live they are meant to live.
The combination of my skills, coaching and cognitive therapy mixed with mindfulness and body work (yoga, TRE and Scenar), help my clients reach an optimal level of wellbeing, freedom and happiness.
In September 2013 I became a yoga teacher after having worked for 10 years in Human Resource Development. I have followed my teacher training with Zenways which focus on bringing mindfulness and presence to the work - the all-important Zen part which makes yoga truly yoga and not just gymnastics. I train with Zen Master Julian Daizan Skinner who is the first Englishman to go to Japan and become a Zen Master in the rigorous Rinzai tradition of Zen.
In 2014, I qualified as a meditation and mindfulness teacher with Lama Shri Sadhu Dharmavira, a Buddhist monk who has been teaching various meditation-based relaxation techniques since 1969.
I am also a qualified TRE (trauma releasing exercices) practitioner (level II)/Neurogenic Yoga Teacher. TRE is a therapeutic shaking response. This shaking response in humans, much the same as the instinctual shaking in animals, is the nervous system’s way of discharging long-held tension and trauma, or unconscious muscle contraction in order to restore the body to wholeness. When the nervous system identifies threat, vibration or shaking in the body is means to allow ourselves to shake, tremor, or show vulnerability, condition us out of this innate release mechanism at a very early age. TRE reawakens our body’s intrinsic release mechanism for optimal health.
More recently, I specialised in sound and frequency therapy, including pain relief therapy. It can be very difficult to shift your mindset and manifest the life you want if you are in constant physical pain. Pain and emotions are closely link so a holistic approach to heal is essential. I use sound and SCENAR technology, which are a non-evasive treatments, which restore the body self-healing mechanism.
My Personal journey led me to where I am today. Whatever I do, I always let myself be guided by my intuition and combine all my skills to get the best outcome.

NELL HARDMAN
Reflexiologist
I am a fully qualified reflexologist and also a member of the Association of Reflexology and am now based in the East Hants area. I am also a mum to two beautiful young spirits and a Youth Worker at my local youth centre. I qualified in 2019 and have been treating clients in both Surrey and Hampshire. Although I have trained in classical reflexology I take an intuitive approach to my treatments as I believe we are all individuals and that no one set way suits all. I believe in allowing my clients to guide me so I can address their individual needs so that they truly benefit from their treatment.
After having years of working in the corporate world I was blessed with my children and was left feeling uninspired by my previous employment. My path in life had already changed and I was excited to continue on a new journey. Leaving our terrace house behind us my family and I moved onto a wide-beam canal boat on the River Wey where we lived happily for five years, adding a beautiful dog to the our pack. Living on the river simplified our lives in some ways and connected us to nature more deeply. Laying in bed listening to the ducks tapping along the side of the boat eating the algae and seeing the first trip out for the swans with their newborns are special moments we will always remember. These moments also encouraged moments of reflection and made me very aware that I wanted to do something I believed would bring value to others. I wanted to invest my time being able help others feel better in their bodies, their hearts, and in their lives. This was the beginning of my journey to becoming a reflexologist.
After two years of study I qualified and began treating clients onboard the good ship Effronte. My path then took a new turn and we relocated to East Hampshire, our home County and it has felt lovely and right to be back. We have settled into our community and I now enjoy giving restorative and deeply relaxing treatments to local clients as well as working with young people in our community. My desire to work in a way that benefits others is now my reality.
When I am not providing treatments or working with young people I love nothing more then spending time with my family. I look forward to meeting new clients and sharing time and space with existing clients at Thrive soon!

PETE YORK
Kundulini Yoga Teacher
A self-taught musician, Pete learnt to play guitar and bass in his teens. He quickly found a passion for music and moved from London to Brighton looking for musical direction. Pete has always intuitively followed his heart and the journey that unfolded before him was everything he could of imagined and more! He quickly established himself as a lead singer and bass player of a band, working alongside Fatboy Slim, writing music, producing albums and on tour.
After a whirlwind few years with the band, Pete’s path took a new direction and he began sharing his love of music with others, teaching guitar in Primary and Secondary schools in London and inspiring the next generation.
Always open to new possibilities and exploring his potential, in 2016 Pete found himself embarking on his Kundalini yoga teacher training at Karem Kriya School in Chelsea. He discovered a practice that gave him new insights and powerful tools of transformation; and having experienced these incredible, life-changing techniques first-hand, instinctively knew that sharing this practice was to become part of his journey moving forward. Pete began holding weekly Kundalini yoga and gong classes on his floating yoga studio on the River Thames.
Several years later, Pete lived and worked in India; teaching music in local schools alongside holding his own Kundalini classes in the well established yoga retreat of Bamboo Yoga, situated in Patnem, on the southern coast of India.
Whilst in India, Pete discovered a new joy for DJing and on his return to England found himself back alongside Fatboy slim, supporting him on his UK tour, culminating at London’s O2 Arena with an audience of 20,000!
Living a heart-led journey, Pete’s life has moved in unexpected directions. By allowing his path to unfold, always following his inner guidance, time and again he has stepped forth into the unknown and found his life filled with adventure and possibility. This has not always been easy and he has met resistance from those around him, but he has always stayed true to his own beliefs, living in a heart-centred way and moving like water.
Pete brings together everything he has learnt along the way, the healing power of sound, discovered through his love of music, his ability to connect with others, to teach and inspire. Guiding others to connect with their hearts, find the joy and abundance of living an authentic, heart-felt life, filled with passion, possibility and potential.
