DAO YIN YOGA & Qi Gong FIVE ANCESTRAL ELEMENTS (Hui Chun *Back to Spring *)

This is a 3 hours workshop that includes two parts, Dao Yin Yoga and Qi Gong
DAO YIN YOGA :
Dao Yin Yoga is a deep rooted method of healing and transformation that emerged in China, under the Taoist Temples. Yin is a method and the deeper connection within the inner transformation or Alchemy 'Nei Dan'.
The movements and poses are connected in a Shamanic and Ritualistic manner, invoking deep transformation and change inside and outside the body.
In this workshop you will be able to explore and discover a unique opportunity to relax, unwind and connect deeply within yourself, with the Chinese Healing sounds and Meridians plus a whole spiral flow of deep rooted and classic methods of an ancient Taoist practice still unknown in our Western culture.
QI GONG BACK TO SPRING :
This is an ancient Taoist Qi Gong method that belongs to the mountains of Wudang Shan China. It covers deep methods of rooting, breathing and relaxation.
You will learn and enjoy a moving meditation method, developed by the Taoist monks as a form of maintaining the youth and health inside out, by relaxing the mind and body as a whole.
