Elisabeth Godin
Founder & Lead Practitioner
Eli is the founder of Thrive and a specialist in nervous system regulation and embodied awareness. Her work supports individuals and teams in moving from survival-based reactivity to conscious, regulated living.
With a background in recruitment and human resource development, Eli spent over a decade working within organisational environments, developing a deep understanding of human behaviour, stress dynamics, and performance under pressure. This foundation continues to inform her structured, grounded approach to wellbeing.
In parallel, Eli trained extensively in yoga, mindfulness, and somatic practices, transitioning fully into therapeutic work in 2013. Her teaching is rooted in presence and nervous system awareness rather than performance or aesthetics. Under the guidance of Zen Master Julian Daizan Skinner and Lama Shri Sadhu Dharmavira, she deepened her understanding of contemplative practice and embodied transformation.
Eli is a certified Level II TRE® practitioner and Neurogenic Yoga teacher, working with the body’s natural tremor response to support stress discharge and regulation. She has further specialised in therapeutic bodywork and frequency-based pain relief, integrating SCENAR technology, sound therapy, and Polarity Therapy to address both physical symptoms and underlying nervous system patterns.
Her work bridges clinical precision with embodied philosophy. She does not aim to fix or rescue, but to support individuals in developing the capacity to regulate, respond, and take responsibility for their wellbeing.
Through Thrive, Eli offers:
• Regulation-focused yoga and movement
• Therapeutic nervous system treatments
• Embodied identity coaching
• Workshops and corporate resilience sessions
Her approach is calm, structured, and uncompromising in its integrity.
Eli’s intention is to create environments where people can restore balance, strengthen resilience, and live with greater embodied awareness; personally and professionally.
