Soul Stories – A Transformational Workshop

Rewrite the Story of Your Life

Soul Stories is a one-day immersive workshop designed to bring healing and realignment to the narratives we carry about ourselves. These stories, often unconscious, can keep us looping in patterns of self-doubt, playing small, and disconnecting from our deeper truth.

But here's the truth: you are the author of your life.

This powerful workshop invites you to step beyond inherited scripts and uncover the voice of your soul. Through a blend of therapeutic, somatic, and storytelling practices, we’ll gently guide you into new ways of seeing yourself and your path forward.

You’ll be supported in:

  • Releasing outdated inner narratives

  • Connecting with your soul’s authentic voice

  • Reigniting passion and purpose

  • Creating stories that bring you into alignment - body, mind, and spirit

Meet Your Facilitators

André Radmall is a psychotherapist, business coach, and priest who brings a uniquely holistic approach to personal growth. With master's degrees in systemic psychotherapy and dramatherapy, André combines therapeutic skill with his training as an actor and storyteller to help individuals rewrite the inner scripts that hold them back. His work spans from private practice to consulting for organisations like the BBC, Sony, and L’Oréal. He is the author of the best-selling Get Unstuck: Change the Script, Change Your Life and host of the Pivot Points podcast.

 

Eli Godin is a holistic therapist and facilitator with a rich background spanning human development, yoga, trauma release, mindfulness, and energy work. With training in TRE, Neurogenic Yoga, meditation, and sound therapy, Eli helps people reconnect with their bodies, release emotional blocks, and step into deeper alignment. Her work is grounded, intuitive, and designed to support transformation on every level, mental, emotional, physical, and energetic.

Together, Eli and André offer a compassionate and catalysing space where deep insight and real change can begin.

Unlock your body’s natural stress release

Discover a simple yet powerful way to release stress and tension from the body through TRE®, a series of gentle exercises developed by Dr. David Berceli.

TRE® activates the body’s natural shaking mechanism—a neurogenic tremor—that helps calm the nervous system, release deep muscular patterns of stress, and restore a sense of balance and wellbeing.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Learn about the science behind TRE® and how it supports the body’s natural healing process

  • Be guided safely through the exercises in a supportive group setting

  • Experience deep relaxation and grounding practices to integrate the session

  • Leave with practical tools to continue your journey of stress release and resilience

No previous experience is required. TRE® is suitable for most people, and all exercises can be adapted to individual needs.

Women's circle

A women's circle is a sacred space for women of all ages to celebrate sisterhood and honour the divine feminine. It is a gathering where women are free to be their most authentic selves and set an intention to connect with and support each other, recognizing how powerful it is to unite with other women in a safe and nurturing space. Each woman has the opportunity to speak, and the other women simply listen without judgment.

Many women report feeling rested, restored and healed after participating in this ancient ritual of sisterhood which has been honoured by so many cultures. Women’s circles have proven to be a powerful way for women to connect with their own bodies, emotions, and the natural world. Most importantly, most women find a sense of support and community, and an enhanced ability to tap into their own inner wisdom and strength.

Our Women's circle is typically held on the new moon or the full moon because the moon has historically been linked to femininity, it makes sense to harness its power during a gathering of women.

During our women’s circle we will:

  • Harness the divine feminine energy through a moon ceremony.

  • Create a strong sense of connection and community.

  • Discuss important topics and share in confidence.

  • Learn new skills or ideas.
