A REGULATED APPROACH TO STRESS RELEASE

This workshop offers a calm, grounded introduction to Trauma & Tension Releasing Exercises (TRE®) — a body-based practice developed by Dr David Berceli that supports the nervous system’s natural ability to release stress and restore balance.

​

TRE® works through gentle exercises that activate the body’s innate neurogenic tremor. This natural response can help discharge accumulated tension, support nervous system regulation, and encourage a greater sense of ease in the body; without forcing, reliving, or analysing past experiences.

​

This is not about pushing the body or “working through” trauma.
It is about creating the right conditions for the body to do what it already knows how to do.

​

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In this workshop, you will:

  • Learn how TRE® supports nervous system regulation and stress recovery

  • Be guided safely and clearly through the exercises in a contained group setting

  • Explore grounding and integration practices to support regulation

  • Leave with a simple, practical understanding of how to continue safely at home

The space is facilitated with clarity, respect, and choice. You are always encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace.

No previous experience is required.
The exercises are gentle and can be adapted to individual needs.

WHO THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR

This workshop is well suited for people who:

  • experience ongoing stress, tension, or nervous system overload

  • want a body-based approach to regulation rather than talking therapy

  • value clear guidance, safety, and personal responsibility

  • are curious about learning a self-regulation tool they can return to

If you are looking for a dramatic release or a quick fix, this may not be the right fit. If you are interested in steady, embodied regulation, you are welcome.

Eli Godin is the founder of Thrive and a holistic therapist specialising in nervous system regulation, TRE®, Neurogenic Yoga, mindfulness, and therapeutic body-based practices. With a background in human development and organisational wellbeing, Eli’s work is grounded, practical, and focused on creating safe, contained environments for sustainable change.

She facilitates TRE® with clarity and care, supporting participants to reconnect with their bodies without pressure, performance, or overwhelm.

Women's circle

This Women’s Circle is a calm, intentional space for women who wish to pause, reconnect, and spend time in conscious presence with themselves and others.

The circle is grounded in respect, listening, and personal responsibility. Each woman is invited to arrive as she is, take care of her own experience, and participate in a way that feels honest and self-aware.

​

Rather than offering advice or trying to fix one another, we practise deep listening. Each voice is welcomed, and each woman is responsible for what she chooses to share and how she shows up. This creates a sense of safety, clarity, and genuine connection; without pressure, performance, or expectation.

​

Many women leave the circle feeling calmer, more settled in their bodies, and clearer in themselves. Not because anything has been imposed or resolved for them, but because space has been created for reflection, regulation, and inner alignment.

​

THE SPIRIT OF THE CIRCLE

This is not a therapy group or a discussion forum.
It is a facilitated feminine space that values presence, boundaries, and mutual respect.

​

The circle supports women to:

  • slow down and regulate their nervous system

  • reconnect with their body and inner rhythm

  • listen to themselves and to others without interruption

  • cultivate self-trust and emotional maturity

  • experience connection without dependency

​

We often meet around the New Moon or Full Moon, using the lunar cycle as a symbol of reflection and renewal, not as something to follow blindly, but as a rhythm to acknowledge consciously.

​

WHAT TO EXPECT

Each circle may include:

  • a simple, grounding ritual

  • guided moments of reflection or embodiment

  • intentional sharing held within clear boundaries

  • silence, presence, and spaciousness

​

There is no expectation to speak, perform, or share more than feels appropriate. Participation is always a personal choice.

​

This circle is well suited for women who value:

  • depth without drama

  • connection without obligation

  • structure without rigidity

  • kindness paired with personal responsibility

Soul Stories is a one-day immersive workshop designed to bring healing and realignment to the narratives we carry about ourselves. These stories, often unconscious, can keep us looping in patterns of self-doubt, playing small, and disconnecting from our deeper truth.

This powerful workshop invites you to step beyond inherited scripts and uncover the voice of your soul. Through a blend of therapeutic, somatic, and storytelling practices, we’ll gently guide you into new ways of seeing yourself and your path forward.

  • Connecting with your soul’s authentic voice

  • Reigniting passion and purpose

Meet Your Facilitators

​André Radmall is a psychotherapist, business coach, and priest who brings a uniquely holistic approach to personal growth. With master's degrees in systemic psychotherapy and dramatherapy, André combines therapeutic skill with his training as an actor and storyteller to help individuals rewrite the inner scripts that hold them back. His work spans from private practice to consulting for organisations like the BBC, Sony, and L’Oréal. He is the author of the best-selling Get Unstuck: Change the Script, Change Your Life and host of the Pivot Points podcast.

 

​Eli Godin is a holistic therapist and facilitator with a rich background spanning human development, yoga, trauma release, mindfulness, and energy work. With training in TRE, Neurogenic Yoga, meditation, and sound therapy, Eli helps people reconnect with their bodies, release emotional blocks, and step into deeper alignment. Her work is grounded, intuitive, and designed to support transformation on every level, mental, emotional, physical, and energetic.
