About Thrive Wellbeing
Nervous System Regulation, Embodied Healing & Sustainable Wellbeing

Thrive Wellbeing was founded by Eli in 2022 with a simple intention: to support people in moving beyond stress, burnout and survival patterns through grounded, body-based healing practices.
What began as a vision for a community healing space has evolved into a more personalised and focused approach centred around nervous system regulation, embodied awareness and sustainable wellbeing.
Eli’s work integrates Polarity Therapy, targeted frequency treatments, TRE® (Trauma Releasing Exercises), neurogenic yoga and somatic healing practices designed to support the body in restoring balance, resilience and connection.
At the heart of Thrive is the understanding that healing begins with safety.
When the nervous system becomes overwhelmed, the body can remain stuck in patterns of chronic stress, tension, fatigue, anxiety and emotional overwhelm. Through gentle, body-based approaches, the work at Thrive supports the release of accumulated stress while helping people reconnect with a calmer, more regulated and embodied state of being.
Thrive Wellbeing offers grounded and professional support for those seeking:
• stress and burnout recovery
• nervous system regulation
• chronic tension and pain relief
• emotional balance and resilience
• deeper self-awareness and connection
Alongside personalised sessions, Thrive also offers classes, workshops and community wellbeing events in Petersfield.
The approach is rooted in integrity, embodiment and the belief that genuine wellbeing is not about fixing ourselves, but learning how to support the body and nervous system with greater awareness, care and consistency.
Whether you are seeking relief, restoration or a deeper connection to yourself, you are warmly welcome here.
With care,
Eli

My Purpose
My purpose is simple and intentional:
to support grounded, conscious ways of living that help people experience greater health, clarity, resilience and connection.
I believe genuine wellbeing begins with nervous system regulation, embodiment and self-awareness. When the body feels safe and supported, people are better able to reconnect with themselves, navigate life with greater ease, and live in alignment with what truly matters to them.
This work is not about fixing or rescuing people, but about supporting the body and nervous system in restoring balance naturally through consistent, body-based healing practices.
