Neurogenic Yoga
with Eli Godin
The beginning of a magical journey...
Neurogenic Yoga™ is a revolutionary technique in trauma healing and stress reduction.
Neurogenic Yoga™ is a simple, gentle and profound practice that facilities the lengthening and relaxation of the psoas muscle and the release of physical and emotional stress and tension. During a Neurogenic Yoga™ practice, we safely self induce therapeutic vibration using yoga postures and breath. Often vibration begins in the legs and may spread throughout the entire body. This method is based on Dr. David Berceli’s technique of Trauma Releasing Exercises™ (TRE™).

Yin Yoga
with Ray Healey
Yin Yoga with Ray
Seasonal Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine and the 5 Element Theory. Our classes will work through the seasons of the year honouring our natural rhythms with nature.
Yin yoga works deep into the body with passive, longer-held poses where we cultivate stillness. Yin yoga centres on placing healthy stress to the deeper connective tissues known as the fascia, ligaments and tendons. These deeper tissues require longer held poses with an emphasis on healthy stresses to be stimulated effectively.

Core Strength Vinyasa ® Yoga ( aka CSV®) with Kate
CSV® is a core-integrated, non-linear, Vinyasa-based practice (or methodology) of Yoga that is empowering, inclusive and LIT UP!

Influenced by many traditional and modern concepts, CSV brings a playful and fun approach to traditional Vinyasa yoga.

Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga creates wave-like transitions along the body (via the deep core line) and helps to release ‘outer body tension’. Culminating cutting edge anatomy and essential core and breath cues, CSV is a wonderful addition to ANY practice of yoga or movement.
Moving Through the Chakras
with Julia
To me one of the most powerful tool you can have in life is mindfulness. What does this mean? It means that you are aware of your feelings, thoughts and emotions at any time and know how to shift your mindset when you go into dark places or when life seem to throw difficulties at you.

Meditation will help you get in touch with yourself but in this course we will go further by exploring how to then turn your life around and have your mind working for you rather than against you.

I am a big believer that our thoughts create our reality so this can be one of the most transformative journey you will take. Simple (not easy) but effective!

Breathe, Balance & Sway Flow
with Ray Healey
In this class we will find ourselves feeling free, flowing and flexible. The focus will be to build flexibility, while tapping into fluidity freedom within your body, with the help of your conscious breath and mindful movements. Through flowing, fluid sequences we will twist, bend, and flow using rhythmical movements, balances and grounding postures. An opportunity to restore and re-balance the flowing energies in your body.
Slow & Strong Vinyasa Flow
with Laura
Start the day by giving yourself the gift of an hour to move through a mindful sequence of yoga poses and breathwork to improve strength and flexibility, unite body and mind and bring us back to our centre, refreshed and revitalized.

We’ll begin right where we find ourselves, by grounding and connecting with our breath, then warming up the body and stretching, before flowing through sun salutations woven with some longer held poses.

Moving at a slower pace makes for a practice both challenging and accessible to all, as we explore new ways to move into familiar poses as well as safely aligned modifications for newer yogis.
