YOGA CLASSES
Yoga classes at Thrive Wellbeing offer a gentle and grounding approach to nervous system regulation through movement, breath, tremor release and embodied awareness.
Classes take place online and in a small, tranquil space at Worcester House in Petersfield (4 dragon Street, GU31 4JD), creating a calm and supportive environment with a maximum of 8 participants.
These sessions are designed to help release stress, tension and overwhelm while supporting greater balance, resilience and connection within the body.

Neurogenic Yoga (TRE Informed)
Deep Nervous System Release

This practice blends yoga and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) principles to help the body naturally discharge stored tension and stress.
Using simple postures and breath, we gently activate the body’s innate therapeutic shaking response; a completely natural mechanism that helps regulate the nervous system and release long-held contraction.
The shaking or vibration that may arise is never forced. You remain in control at all times, and the practice is carefully guided to ensure you feel safe and supported.
