The practice may include slow flow, gentle strength, deep stretching, restorative poses, breathwork, and moments of stillness or sound. You don’t need to know what you need, the practice meets you where you are

Flexibility Flow:
Happy Active Hips and Strong Glutes
with Ray Healey

In this class we will work on active hip mobility and strengthening exercises. These techniques and drills focus on increasing mobility & stability that will unlock your stiff hips and lower body region. This class is aimed at stabilising the hip region, to improve pelvic stability and gluteal strength.
This is an active class meaning we will be using your strength to go deeper into each pose and during the exercises. Maintaining flexibility and stability in the hip joints is crucial for lower back health for cultivating overall freedom and ease in our bodies.

Neurogenic Yoga (TRE Informed)
Deep Nervous System Release
with Eli Godin

This Friday morning practice blends yoga and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) principles to help the body naturally discharge stored tension and stress.

Using simple postures and breath, we gently activate the body’s innate therapeutic shaking response; a completely natural mechanism that helps regulate the nervous system and release long-held contraction.

The shaking or vibration that may arise is never forced. You remain in control at all times, and the practice is carefully guided to ensure you feel safe and supported.

Rise & Release Restorative Flow

with Ray Healey

This practice is a journey, it blends activating flows and restorative movement practices for a full spectrurm experience. One that invites you to come home to your body, breath, and inner rhythm. We begin with fluid, rhythmic movement, syncing breath with movement to awaken energy, strengthen from within, and shake off stagnation. Think of it as a moving meditation, a way to reconnect with your natural flow.

Guided Meditation
A weekly practice for regulated presence and embodied awareness
with Eli Godin

This guided meditation class offers a steady space to slow down, settle the nervous system, and strengthen your capacity for conscious presence.

Rather than striving for transcendence or self-improvement, this practice focuses on developing stable awareness within the body; building the ability to respond rather than react.

Each session stands alone while gradually deepening your understanding of:

• Nervous system states and regulation
• The relationship between thoughts, emotions, and bodily responses
• Recognising reactive patterns
• Strengthening attention and inner steadiness
• Integrating awareness into everyday life

This is meditation as nervous system training; simple, grounded, and repeatable.

You leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more anchored in yourself.

Yin Yoga
with Ray
Healey

Yin Yoga with Ray

Seasonal Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine and the 5 Element Theory. Our classes will work through the seasons of the year honouring our natural rhythms with nature.

Yin yoga works deep into the body with passive, longer-held poses where we cultivate stillness. Yin yoga centres on placing healthy stress to the deeper connective tissues known as the fascia, ligaments and tendons. These deeper tissues require longer held poses with an emphasis on healthy stresses to be stimulated effectively.

Polarity Yoga
Gentle movement for nervous system balance
with Eli Godin

Polarity Yoga is a subtle, restorative form of movement therapy rooted in the work of Dr. Randolph Stone, founder of Polarity Therapy.

Unlike conventional yoga that focuses on flexibility or strength, Polarity Yoga supports the regulation of the nervous system through simple, mindful movements paired with conscious breathing.

The practice works with natural patterns of energy flow within the body. When stress accumulates, these patterns can become disrupted, showing up as tension, fatigue, or emotional imbalance. Through gentle stretching, rocking, arching, squatting, and rhythmic postures, the body is invited back into balance.
