Service Description

In this class we will work on active hip mobility and strengthening exercises. These techniques and drills focus on increasing mobility & stability that will unlock your stiff hips and lower body region. This class is aimed at stabilising the hip region, to improve pelvic stability and gluteal strength. This is an active class meaning we will be using your strength to go deeper into each pose and during the exercises. Maintaining flexibility and stability in the hip joints is crucial for lower back health for cultivating overall freedom and ease in our bodies.
