Polarity Yoga is a subtle, restorative form of movement therapy rooted in the work of Dr. Randolph Stone, founder of Polarity Therapy. Unlike conventional yoga that focuses on flexibility or strength, Polarity Yoga supports the regulation of the nervous system through simple, mindful movements paired with conscious breathing. The practice works with natural patterns of energy flow within the body. When stress accumulates, these patterns can become disrupted, showing up as tension, fatigue, or emotional imbalance. Through gentle stretching, rocking, arching, squatting, and rhythmic postures, the body is invited back into balance.
