Meditate and create the life you wish to live This six-week journey offers a gentle space to slow down, reconnect, and discover the richness of mindfulness. We return to the beginning after each cycle, not as a repetition but as a spiral, where each round invites you to go a little deeper into your practice and into yourself. • Week 1: Foundations of practice – breath, posture, and the distinction between mindfulness and meditation • Week 2: Strengthening the practice and exploring the role of the mind • Week 3: Understanding the difference between thoughts, feelings, and emotions, and their interwoven relationships • Week 4: Learning to release negative feelings from the subconscious, freeing ourselves from repeated patterns • Week 5: Re-programming the subconscious with new and empowering stories that support the life you wish to create • Week 6: Integration – bringing together the whole practice and deepening your sense of wholeness Each week builds upon the last, offering not just techniques but a deeper sense of presence, clarity, and ease that you can carry into everyday life
