
Emily Stillwater
Drawing on over 25 years of personal practise and study in a variety of healing arts from around the world, Emily is an experienced, grounded and nurturing space holder. She holds certifications in holistic massage, yoga, meditation, intuitive plant medicine and reiki. Emily completed an intensive meditation and spiritual study with a Buddhist monk for 5 years connecting to deep stillness and equanimity. Emily has deepened her remembrance of our heart connection to source through Earth based shamanic journeying, plant medicine, embodiment and women’s circles.
Emily brings a deep connection to Mother Earth, her experiences living in the U.S., Mexico and the U.K. along with a varied career working in international education, forest schools, and as a swim coach and instructor. She received her BA in Sociology and MA in International Studies and has organised and taken groups of uni students, educators and policy makers on experiential study tours around the world from Delhi to Dubai.
Emily is a mum to three girls and hopes she inspires them, her clients and her students to always stay wild, true to their hearts, ramble through this world barefoot and look up to the sky above in wonder. She wildschools her youngest daughter and together they ramble through nature, hugging and climbing trees, staying in yurts and following the lunar and seasonal cycles. Emily’s favourite animal is an Octopus, season Autumn and tree is a tie between an English Oak and Carolina Pine.
