Service Description
This 60-minute session is the required starting point for all new clients. We begin with a structured review of your symptoms, health history, and nervous system patterns to identify the underlying drivers behind pain, tension, or dysregulation. Using targeted frequency therapy, your first treatment is delivered within the same session. This allows us to begin shifting the issue immediately while observing how your body responds in real time. You’ll leave with greater clarity about what’s happening in your body, initial relief where possible, and a clear recommendation for your personalised Reset Plan if further sessions are needed. This is a precision-led session designed to move beyond symptom management and create meaningful, measurable change.
Cancellation Policy
Treatment Booking Policy Appointments All treatments are provided by appointment only and must be booked in advance. Payment * Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. * Treatment packages must be paid for in advance. * Package sessions are non-transferable and may only be used by the named client. Cancellation & Rescheduling * A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. * Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full. * Failure to attend an appointment without notice ("no-show") will result in the full treatment fee being forfeited. * Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. The full session fee will still apply. Refund Policy * Individual treatment sessions are non-refundable except where required under UK consumer law. * Treatment packages are non-refundable once the first session has been attended. * No refunds will be given for missed appointments, unused sessions or partially completed treatment packages. * Where exceptional circumstances apply, any discretionary refund or credit remains solely at the practitioner's discretion. Treatment Packages * Treatment packages are designed to support a consistent therapeutic process and are offered at a reduced rate. * All sessions within a package must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. * Any unused sessions remaining after the expiry period will be forfeited. Health Information Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their health, medical conditions, injuries, medications and relevant treatments. The practitioner reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment where it is considered inappropriate or unsafe. Scope of Practice Treatments provided by Thrive Wellbeing are complementary wellbeing therapies and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Clients should continue to seek advice from their GP or qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns. Practitioner Cancellation In the unlikely event that the practitioner needs to cancel an appointment, clients will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund for that session Acceptance of Terms By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to this booking policy
