Service Description
This is a grounding, intuitive evening yoga class designed to help you release the day and reconnect with your body. Each class is different, guided by the energy in the room, but always structured to help you feel safe, supported, and more at ease. The practice may include slow flow, gentle strength, deep stretching, restorative poses, breathwork, and moments of stillness or sound. You don’t need to know what you need, the practice meets you where you are. You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more settled in your body. This class is ideal if you: - feel mentally overloaded or physically tense - want to slow down without switching off - prefer a thoughtful, grounded approach to yoga - need support rather than pressure Come as you are. The rest is taken care of.
