This Friday morning practice blends yoga and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) principles to help the body naturally discharge stored tension and stress. Using simple postures and breath, we gently activate the body’s innate therapeutic shaking response; a completely natural mechanism that helps regulate the nervous system and release long-held contraction. The shaking or vibration that may arise is never forced. You remain in control at all times, and the practice is carefully guided to ensure you feel safe and supported. This class is ideal if you: - carry chronic tension or tightness - feel wired, restless, or overwhelmed - struggle to deeply relax - want a body-based approach to stress release Accessible to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more settled.
